The voting system allows other members to have their say in the questions and answers given. Members are allowed to vote either positively or negatively beside each posts.

These voting will effect the popularity of the question and reply and also

the popularity of the member (who provided the reply or question) itself. The popularity of a member will be shown in their profile page, under
"Popularity 'O' Meter".

Hence the accumulative vote might result in a positive or negative numeral. It all depends on what other members think the question and reply deserves, a positive or negative votes. Your popularity will depend on this.

  Ways to earn member score & votes

By asking Questions

You will use some credits already assigned when you sign up and earned to ask a Question. NB lounge will also give you popularity votes when you Ask a Question by default.

By Replying

You will earn member score when your reply is accepted as an answer and also through community voting.

By Voting

All members can vote positively or negatively to questions and replies on the site. This voting will reflect the popularity of a question and reply as well as the Popularity of the member who posted those quesions and replies.

All votes by members will either increase your popularity or decrease your popularity.

All your earnings either by votes and score will be deposited back into your "credits available".

Every single action and contribution on NB lounge will earn you credits so that you can keep using them to ask your questions. i.e each time you sign in/Log in, getting votes and voting for member, asking question and replying, accepting a reply as an answer, reporting abuse etc.
