Is Amway Business Halal or Haram I need a clear instruction and guidance of Islamic law regarding a company which offers licence to operate and built customer and distributors for their products which are world class and it is owned by Amway corporation (USA).

While we are in no position to comment on Amway Business model, we understand that it is a direct selling company and manufacturer that uses multi-level marketing to sell a variety of products, primarily in the health, beauty, and home care markets.
In general Multi-level marketing and direct-selling is permissible provided the following three conditions are fulfilled:
1) Commodities sold or traded in are themselves permissible such as selling real goods. Hence, selling phony and prohibited goods makes the process prohibited.
2) The commission structure must be disclosed with full transparency to all new customers/members when they are invited, so they know when they join that the person who invites them has a stake in this invitation.
3) General contract requirements are observed, such as aptitude to contract, full description of the goods, clear delivery and payment process, etc.
If these three conditions are satisfied in this company you ask about, its transactions are then permissible.

Yes, if these requirements are met, then it is halal transaction..
but i also heard that mlm is haram due to many circumstances .
but as for the customer, when these requirements are there, we could do the business.. unless you know that the business sells haram things ..
