Anyone know how to set up a domain site?

Assalamualaikum,

Hi, my sister wants to set up an online shopping website instead of doing it on a multiply site www.demetamorphosis.multiply.c...

I know how to 'design' meaning only know how to do the IMAGE of buttons, navigation, colour, logo etc using adobe photoshop but I do not know about css code, how to make the website work.

If you know of anyone who have the expertise to set up a domain site pls let me know. Thank you! :)
