Guys i wan to ask u .. my computer is half filled with virus and i wish to add 1gb ram to my computer but i have to reformat it .. my fren say he noe how to reformat . my internet is D-Link/star hub now lf he reformat my com will my internet stay ?

Download all your drivers of your PC/laptop model from the repsective corporate website beforehand (HP, Lenovo, Acer, Dell etc..). If your PC is Do-It-Yourself (DIY) from Sim Lim, you need to go to Device Manager as noted below.
Download the PC system info tool from this website : http://www.raymond.cc/blog/arc.../
Copy the information or print when the system is run, may need it to find the drivers and softwares you need when reformatting or data crash. Find the drivers from the manufacturers listed for each part of the driver. Especially remember the Windows XP key (the PC tool also it), you cant re-install XP without it.
