Following my question, i'm also curious to know what are the non-malays wedding cultures, tradition and customs are like in Singapore ?
Example like indian muslims, Arabs Chinese Muslims, and cocation or euration who are muslims.
I wonder if they go for the malay wedding tradition or do they have their own unique culture which i'm not aware off.
In Singapore when we normally think of malay wedding. There's hardly the thought of a muslim wedding ( which majorly depends on the culture of the person) However singapore is a multi cultural society and there are a handful of muslims who are not malays and may not share the same culture.
So in the light of awareness, i was wondering if any non-malays here can share how their muslim wedding tradition are in Singapore.
only those who are local singaporeans coz i know for a fact that the traditions of others non-Singaporean are different.

From my point of view... difference culture difference stlye.
As for malay wedding is more likely to be traditional way as the will be solimnized accordingly to muslim custom.
As for chinese, euration and indians are more likely to be soliminized in christian way of jesus custom.
Malay way of culture is like in oldies way of tradition are more likely in night of spend wearing henna on both od the groom n brides... pictures are taken n family gathered around to enjoy the event... this will be done at least 3-4 days before the event. 1 day before the event will be the soliminized day at the brides home done by the father or the kadhi. lastly will be the dinner event for all the family n friends to be invited to have a grand wedding event together with the <pengantin>Elegant photos will be taken, Catering will be served accordingly for the guest and enjoy seeing both <pengantin> in beutiful dress posing around...
