Q. Reaction to an ex-spouse that had breeched his access?

What should a divorced mother do when an ex-spouse who has breached his access by refusing to return the child a couple of times, try to regain his access to the said child again by claiming that it is his right as a father and states that it is what the court had stated, that he be able to bring her out for his access, especially when he has a good relationship to his child. (Though this is only a small part of the picture..the story is to looong to be typed in here ) :D
