What causes a husband to have an Affair? And how to win back husband? One of my friends is about 5 month pregnant. Her husband is seeing another woman and wants to marry her. He is insistent on divorcing. What can be done to save this marriage?

Actually that's difficult to testify. Example for your friend, did her husband knew about the other woman before he met your friend before. Or was he introduced?

Only the heart of the person can tell. We can't be able to decide or describe how to meet or reconcile anyone with the other less we know how they feel about one another. All actions are come first with intention according to the words of our prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h.

There's many reasons that a partner decides to have an affair. One of the most common ones is that the partner feels neglected by the spouse (lack of attention, praise, always being criticised.nagged, etc). Irregardless of the cause, both parties should talk to each other maturely and discuss about the marriage. If your friend has difficulty in getting her husband to listen to her, see a marriage counsellor. It's sometimes good to have an uninfluenced third party to examine the relationship and identify the problems.

Perhaps, then figure if both partners can work out the problems. Insyallah, the husband will change his mind and realise his error.

I think the best solution for now is to seek a marriage counsellor. and after all that's done, we can only pray to Him for guidance. sometimes, the most difficult decision is the best decision in life.
