Hi All. I am new. What are my rights if I go through a divorce?

My ex husband and I have a matrimonial flat. According to the Syariah Court, we will have to sell the flat.He now refuse to sell the flat. What can I do?

It is best to contact the shariah court and explain to them the situation. Will you be able to hire a lawyer on your behalf ? I recon it will be useful for ungly divorce settlement. Least they can represent you in situation like this.

I agree with Sis Sultana's opinion. Yes, it's best that you should refer this unsolve matter to the Syariah Court. They will definitely assist you and provide you with suggestions on what is the next step that you need to do.
