I hope you are looking for jamming place in Singapore. here's one.

Studio In the Orchard Road Area
Studio in the Orchard Road Area for musicians who need a place to practise before a gig or jammers who want a place to Jam. We are at 21 Cuscaden Road #B1-10 Ming Arcade (Opp. the Hard Rock Cafe). Call us at 67375722 for advance bookings or just walk in for a jam if you feel like it. We also sell guitar strings, Drum Sticks, Drum skins, and other things that musicians need. We open from 11am and close at 11 pm. Studio prices are as follows from 11 am to 3 pm charges are $10 per hour and from 3 pm till cloing $15 per hour and $8 for half hour jams.
