so this means play play 1st fret of the second string

B-1- this means to play all the strings in 1 go

this means to play the the string 1 after another

other symbols you'll see in tabs
x -palm mute
/ -slide
h- hammer on
p -pull off
* -harmonic
ph-pinch harmonics
