there's a shop at arab street that sells muslimah swimming constumes. IT LOOKS AWESOME AWESOME. i want to buy it but its kinda expensive. 60+ . I rarely go swimming anyway.

you can try this swimwear for muslim women. its called the burkini or burqini. Not sure if any gals have worn it.


Also i recently went to Mustafa Centre and bought a swimwear there. They have the long pants and the long blouse long sleeves, something like what the above website has. It's not flowery or any pattern stuff. I hate those printed pattern tops for Muslimah (Muslim women) swimwear. This one looks professional, black or blue with proper swimwear material so you don't drench and weigh yourself down in the water. There are also the normal swimming cap or if you like the diver kinda cap which cover from your neck to the top of your head.

So i bought them cost was about 30-40 SGD. Been my good friend ever since.

oh, you may wanna wear a bikini inside or a one piece swimwear since the material is thin and lightweight.

hi there,

I have bought one from Khairunissa Salon at Kembangan Plaza. Cost around $80. But for those who are small size, you may wear the teen size which is around $60 plus plus..
i think this is what they called the burqini.

I managed to get the black suit because did not want to get striking or flowery designs. Do not want to attract attention.

I must say the bruqini is good, because there is an overall one piece suit inside and the outside layer there is another piece. Thus, you do not need to worry about top floating and revealing some parts of your body when you enter the pool. And there is even 2 headgear, one if like the diver kind of cap and the other is short mini tudung.
