Are we allowed to wear comestics while doing solat?

If we wann follow the proper teaching of Islam, muslim women are not supose to wear make up when there are non- muhrim around. :)
opps, forgot to add this. Except for Khol, the eyeliner which is sunnah.
Hmm, many Mak Andam and Make-up artists will not like to hear this. To some, it is their livelihood.
