I want to find out more places where I can shop when im on a budget, or things that cannot be found in the regular shopping malls like wisma or heeren. I do know of places like Bugis street and arab street, but anywhere else similar to these 2?

another place is not to go to the city to shop. Go to normal housing estate for exampele Bedok and shop in those chinese shop. You'll stuff for cheap.
yeahh i do once in awhile, but i hate the waiting part, and there seems to be a growing rate of scammers.. i just went to tampines 1 yesterday and i found pretty good buys! Thanks a lot!
There are lot of online shops over the internet. It is up to you to choose the best of them. Find more information about them and talk to their support team, so that you can get the best online shop. And choose the one which has a frequent and easy friendly service.
