Depending on what type of ocassions (kenduri, daily lunch for staff, wedding 'ta-pow'). Most medium-sized food stalls can cater to rice packet delivery if ordered in advance..
One time, I've ordered Nasi Lemak from Adam Rd Fd Ctr (for staff 'thank-u' lunch) & they delivered..
Daily delivery food boxes are also available from selected caterers. Can call: 6243 1802 (Angel); 6446 1491 (Liang Food) ; 6267 8022 (D'Fine).

What do you mean by rice packet delivery ? It is for one time delivery or for daily delivery ?
