You'll get more luck if you try searching under "Desi Chinese". This is a cuisine on its own with lots of recipes to choose from.

The term "desi" (day see) refers to anyone or anything from the Indian subcontinent.

Indian Chinese food is absolutely delicious, it's a wonderful version of Chinese food with an Indian twist.

Chili Chicken

1 lb boneless chicken
4 fresh green chilies
Small piece of chopped ginger
1/2 lb sliced onion
2 tsp soy sauce
2 oz water
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil
Salt to taste

Cut the chicken into 3/4 inch pieces. Heat two tablespoons oil and stir-fry chicken for about five minutes and set aside. Next, stir fry onion, ginger and chili in a tablespoon of oil for about two minutes, then add water and soy sauce. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, sprinkling some water if necessary. When ready, add pepper, salt and serve.

American Chopsuey
Shredded carrot, cabbage, onions and bean sprouts, each one cup
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
A pinch of corn starch
6 oz water
1 pound thin noodles
2 tablespoons peanut oil for stir frying vegetables
4 cups peanut oil for deep-frying noodles
1 egg

Stir-fry the garlic in two tablespoons of oil for a minute, then add vegetables and stir-fry for three minutes, stirring well. Add water and ketchup, followed by sugar and salt. Then add starch. Deep fry noodles in four cups of oil until they turn crisp. When ready to serve, pour the vegetables on top of noodles. Fry the egg in part of any remaining oil and serve on top. You may want to use several eggs.
