I'm marrying an Indonesian and I wish to bring her here but am worried that she will get a PR status here.
I'm also low salaried, which makes it worse for me to apply for a marriage.
I need help to marry her so as not to commit any sin so I'm thinking of an unofficial marriage.
I am looking for someone to perform it.

If you are talking about unofficial in terms of civil law, I have no idea~
But as I know, unofficial marriage is not look upon in Shari'a law and this is the same as committing sin...
Either way, this put the woman in a difficult position as she is not protected if anything were to happen in the course of marriage~
I think you better ask some higher authority in this area~
And I think practicing Muslim will not provide you a contact to have such unofficial marriage as they will be committing sin by leading you to it~
