Well..if you have all the money to spend in the world..is either some most expensive,exquisite and exclusive wedding diamond ring you can find to the one you love.. (^o^)
Well...but if you are the least who can afford among all, that gift would be from your hard work and sweat from your pocket money..not from the 'loanshark' or 'future' money hmm... :)
And for those always at the 'brink of empty pockets' cases...dun think about marriage too soon k?

give her something that would bring back fond memories of your time together prior to the wedding. I gave my wife gold as a gift which she knows symbolises our golden moments. The other aspect of it is be practical. I know of some sentimental guy who bought an expensive diamond that is worth almost nothing hen they needed cash badly. The diamond lost its practical aspect. Offcourse we don't want to even think about such a situation but it can happen and better be prepared then to get caught!
