How to get and maintain six pack abs without taking any supplements? Is there any technique that works not only fast but also reliable for long term without any side effects.

I have seen 60 year old man able to do things a six pack abs does and more...yup. I've seen some very rural people I've met who used to hard labour doing daily labour and their labour could probably tire anyone less than an hour. I think I have gotten over the idea of a strong body at that time, rural life and urban life does hav a lot of different impact on how the body, stamina and muscles work in life, even in the army... :)
Well, this is how it goes.
everyone has those 6 packs abs which is hidden behind several layers of fat and cover by the skin.
The trick in showing your abs is to get ride of the fats that is covering that muscle. Do not be fooled by those abs machines which only targets your abs. What they do is to strengthen that muscle group.
Our body generally has fats and our muscle is covered in them. you need to mainatin a 2% fat in order to have that lean looking body with your abs showing. There is no short cuts.
To maintain that you need to eat. Yes you need to eat NOT STARVE! Accompanied by exercising every alternate day for 30 mins. Starving yourself will only result your body in putting on more fat and loosing your muscles. So eat good fresh food with lots of fruits vegies. When you eat spread your meals to 5-6 times a day. Eat small portion. You are basically grasing, just like the cows in the farm.
People are normally saying that ' I loose weight' but the key here is not to loose weight but to loose fat. When you starve and excessively exercise, you will loose your muscle rather than just your fat. so this is a no no.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle. No starving diets. Eat well and exercise as you would normally do. Cardio work out and muscle toning.
One important point is the fats around your abs is the last place in your body to loose the fat. so be patient..you see yourself loosing those fats around other areas first and last will be your abs.
a 2 % fat is really tricky to maintain. But realistically it is possible to have a healthy body with 5-7% fat. Get those calipers to measure your fat percentage. A healthy body is great for you and your family. You feel good and have alot more energy and vitality to do all the wonderful things in life.
