Is Pre-marriage couse compulsory? At first i thought it is but then recently my sister got married and both she and her husband did not attend the course. From what I know last time, if you didnt present your course cert, you wont get your marriage cert but my sis got hers.
Now,I'm a bit confused.
Hrmm that's strange.
I got married in 2006. it was compulsory during that time. It is best to ask ROMM about it. Also why not ask your sister on how she managed to do that.
ok tat i wouldnt know. better check with muis. in case something goes wrong in the marriage, ppl may start pointing fingers.

It is better to go for it, as it prepares you for the wedded life.
(This course imbues couples with the knowledge and skills for marriage, financial management, relations with in-laws, developing good communication skills and managing the responsibilities, pressures and expectations of married life.
From the Islamic perspectives, achieving a successful marriage life requires:
1. Reliving the Sunnahs to achieve a blessed family life Pre-Marriage Guidance Course
2. Committing oneself towards achieving a blissful family life
3. Building a network of harmonious family ties
4. Nurturing one's children if blessed with any, into a responsible adult that contributes to the family, society, nation and religion)
Lest one party become upset with the other parents.
Also empowering you for avenues to resolve marital matters, lest resorting to divorce for an easy way out.
Salaam
