I'm here to clarify a few things.
Currently, I'm dating a muslim woman. I'm a non muslim and I'm basically a lazy atheist. Recently, we were discussing if there is any way forward for us..
I really do like her but I find it difficult to accept that I have to convert into a religion in order to marry her. So here goes:
1) Is it compulsory for me to convert in order to be legally married to her?
2) Is it compulsory for me to get a name change?
3) What are the implication if I do not convert?
4) Should we have children after marriage, is it compulsory for them to practice Islam?
