How should I divide my wealth or house in the event of my death ,at present i am married with one child with my new wife while i ve got 3 children from my previous marriage ,all males ,though my house was bought with my first wife she passed away ,should i leave a will or mahkamah syariah will take care of it definitly i am worried there will be a dispute in the event of my death thanks for the advice.
