I would like to know if muslim who is married under civil marriage can be married under ROMM? My colleague (girl) parents does not allow her to marry the man, so she register to marry in ROM. Now, they would like to marry under ROMM? What are the procedures? Please advise.

pls note that both man and woman must be muslims, when u wish to register under ROMM.
conversion to islam is a must before getting married. Before that, please attend basic principles of islam course at darul arqam as the parties must know once u say the shahadah, its ur duty as a muslim to carry out the 5 pillars of islam.
pls ask ur friend to seek advice at darul arqam.; they will help u out and give u sound advice.
