I don't feel attributing anything that reasons and intention that pertains to God's punishment (azad) through natural disasters alone, as I well eveything (of God's Will) comes as an effect of many thougths.. As a human, I can perceive this as an effect of ecological due to climate and weather, and maybe as a sign of God on how fallible we were as human despite our sophistication and intelligent society we are in the 21st century.

But then, it is also a sign to us to share our compassion/sympathy/humility to help others who are in need and not being ignorant or selfish when such calamity happens. To be responsible people living together on earth, not creating enviromental damage/destruction and oppress others, as well as a sign to us that we humans are well... very vulnerable after all.

In every way, well, sadness, violence, angst, suffering, brutalness and senseless is someting humans could probably/had been even today. Yet in all these qualities, there are humility, caring, selfless and positive people to help others for goodness and better world, no matter how difference we are in life and beliefs. I think God had everything beyond just a mere limited perception of mine or eveyone's instinct or intention, He is the Creator,Sustainer, the source of Peace and Perfection of everything. We could only reflect and act on our own as best among others like us, and in the end "Unto Him is our journeying (Quran 2:286)" . His Act of Guidance is infinite beyond everyone and mine, and we could only humble ourselves as a human in faith, deeds and acts.

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.

I was upset with the recent disasters that faced by our muslims or non muslims in china and mynamar. i pray that Allah alleviate the suffering of the victims (especially children) and reward those who aids them with urgency.

Natural diasasters could also be signs from Allah Most High. As Muslims, oneself has to reflect on Allah’s creation and always be mindful of His signs; He also forewarn His servants against committing sins and violating His Law.

We muslims are tested by Allah in term of our faith, patience, co-operation, helpfulness, mercy, love and the brotherhood of mankind.

We muslims more, should we hasten our aid to these calamity striken areas.

The Prophet (peace be on him) related to his Companions the story of a man who found a dog panting with thirst. The man went down into a well, filled his shoes with water which he gave to the dog, and continued to do so until the dog's thirst was quenched. The Prophet (peace be on him) said, "Then Allah was grateful to him and forgave him his sins." The Companions asked, "Is there a reward for us in relation to animals, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied "There is a reward in (relation to) every living creature." (Reported by al-Bukhari.)

I feel very blessed that I live in Singapore. Alhamduillah.

There is hikma in everything that happens. Sometimes are limited mental capacity is unable to understand the bog picture. When Allah says protect my creation, He meant this earth as well. Instead, people are overly concerned about making profits from the land that belongs to Allah to an extent of destroying it. Allah as mentioned in the Quran has destroyed many other civilizations due to their own faults and herein lies the wisdom of Allah. Allah knows best but the best way to think about these calamities is that everything happens with Allah's permission. Our role is to think and reflect and do the things commanded by Allah s.w.t. in the Quran. Insya'Allah, he will protect us till our last days, Ameen.
