How far can we believe in the Theory of Evolution. How about Intelligent Design ideas - made popular by mainly Christian groups.

In simple words are "What is ideal and what is practical(or actual) reality?". It was in these two respects usually intellectuals have the difficulty to grapple with, whether in science, history, mathematics, psychology. Theory of evolution is one of them.
Simple example is when we are in the elementary or high school. All the subjects are taught in "simple", "understandable" and "factual" presentation, which by seen by students sounds factual and logical. However, when one gets into the higher academic institutions (universities, research organizations), what seemed "logical" and "ideal" and are actually pre-suppositions and presumptions based on previous research and also agreed and verified UPON SCHOLARS as a possible explanation on the particular topic/field. Theory of evoluation works the same way. While there is absolutely no way to explain how the transitional process from one species to another species happened (in stages or reactional?), scientist and scholars readily accepted this "phenomena" as evolution.
Which is why in all they called it the theory of evolution. Another simple example, in recent years, with the global warming and growing speed of disappearing species of animals.fishes and plants, shouldn't the evolutionist be excited about the "coming of the new evolutionary species" in light of the sudden change of weather and tropical climate, especially humans? After all, in evolution, the race of survival of each species is the key for the evolutionary reaction, and yet, why are humans/scientist so worked up about
saving the forests, animals, fishes? Is it because, probably, evolution wasn't really provable in practicality reality ?
In the beginning when we lack religious knowledge, we believed due to the need to pass examintaions etc... later in our lives, we get additional religious knowledge and become more matured enough to understand and rationalise, then we need to come to terms with the truth. Each one will need different amount of time to realise this and we should not be judgemental about others on their beliefs. Once we know the truth, we can let evolution go... Insya Allah.
