I'm buying my first Digital SLR (canon EOS 400D)
i'm just confuse as to what lens to buy for myself. i will be taking outdoors, scenery and maybe room or group photos, etc.
this is a link to the type of lens. an image stabiliser is what im looking for. but not sure the one lens that will be suitable for me.

First the reviews on Canon EOS 400D SLR. Generally it's a good pick for a moderate priced D-SLR and as an amature starting off with their first SLR. Decent features.

After all that research, I bought myself a Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lense. I found the prices in Singapore generally more expensive and i have to end up paying for the things that i wouldn't need. So i bought something online from Australia itself. I just don't have the time to muck around and waste my time with the shop keepers in Singapore, bargaining and make sure tht i'm not cheated. Accessories in my opinion are a better idea to get in singapore. Like i got my laptop bag in singapore for S$60 which would have easily cost me 2-3x in Australia.
