Depends on your budget, character & your relationship with the birthday girl...
Close? Then you should know her preferences..Or ask her parents/siblings what she likes...
I feel that a weekend tote bag is nice..She can use it if she's working or studying...
However, the best & safest gift - shopping vouchers (fm Metro/TANGS/Taka, not NTUC!!!). Cheers!
