Q. What are the differences between Shi'a and Sunni?

The differences went all the way back to the time of Saidina Uthman murder, followed by the Battle of Jamal (Camel), where 10000 Muslims died, followed by the Battle of Siffin ,where even more death occurred.
This is followed by the Tragedy of Karbala, where Saidina Husain was beheaded and his family killed.
If we cannot possibly be one, we must learn to accept the differences.

To my question, I want to know if anyone can list down the differences between Shi'a and Sunni.
Like how are their prayers like, how are both different in their routine islam practices.

The resume of Shayh Hafiz Yasir Qadhi are that he memorized the entire Quran, has studied 10 years at the Islamic University of Madinah , completing a diploma in Arabic, graduated with a bachelor from College of Hadith and Islamic Sciences. Based on his resume, his intention is to inform what he knows about Shia and not about trying to cause division. Sometimes we have to be open and do research and ask a knowleagable person with the intention to seek the truth. It is a good thing to double check information.
