wise spending

im planning to be wed in 2010,my reason to hold the wedding in a CC because of the space n well air-condition area, both families can actually fit in the hall n it is spacious as well.my target spending is 15k not including hantaran,berkat and etc if the spending is actually lesser than i expected so what can i do not to overspend and the same time not spend it wastefully
