Why are wedding retailers not catering to smaller amount of guest like about 100 people?

perhaps because they need to earn a lot of money form poor people like us who are already in debt, with mortgages, car loans, education loans, taxes..etc.

it's not worth the effort i supposed, muslim caterer is like small biz,,, if u only have about 100 guests, i suggest u diy. get an expert cook from the family to do the cooking, it's definitely less than $500 :P

the problem with that is that not many people does DIY even if it's a small amount.

this may be abit too late nasi briyani, but if you're referring to catering for food & beverage alone, there are many professional halal caterers who will cater for 100 pax because most of them have a minimum of 30 pax for a normal event. Why not 100 pax then ?
