well i have some ideas, assuming if you might be doing your own catering.

* void decks :D

*multi purpose hall

*Asian Civilisation Museum

*Burkill Hall at Botanical Gardens

*Eurasian Club

*The Japanese Garden

*By The Pool in hotels ( note i can't find any hotels which cater for muslim weddings has certified halal food. They claim their food to be halal but it's just not certified. perhaps you can do your own catering.)

*Fort Canning

You might want to try Orchid Country Club or Chervon's. They have Halal Menu too. Their wedding packages are pretty holistic but I suggest you give them a personal visit in order to get the detail break down.
