The block booking for Ulu Pandan CC is 6 hours. If my event is for 4 hours (dinner), how many extra hours should I book for set-up, etc? My father (being stingy) insists that we just book for 6 hours, and then at the last minute negotiate with the CC to let us use the MPH earlier for set-up. I"m not keen with this in case anything goes wrong e.g. the CC ppl dun allow us to use it earlier cos we didn't pay for it. Any advise?

why need to stinge on such things and later rush things... Have ample time to plan, lest last minute hiccups spoil the whole show.
Since you also personally don't feel good.... book the whole 6 hours... You don't wanna end up running around amok, and you are the bride~!
Plan it well... People don't plan to fail but simply fail to plan...
Also we have read in the papers how the caterers fail to meet up to expectation and the number of guest and food is so wrong...
better to book longer... to make sure u don't have to wait for some people to stop playing badminton to set up the tables and stuff.... and not to forget. The manpower that is need to set the place up comfortably and not in a rush...
One main photographer and 2/3 backups taking different angles of the event...
Well... sorry to reply so late ya?
